Stress Busters for Women:

A Membership Group to Bust Through Your Stress

and Discover a Newfound Sense of         Inner Peace

Tamara Owen, RN, MS, PMHNP

Please join us and a wonderful community of women where you can get support, have your questions answered, get tips, tools, and other resources for busting through your stress, and practice our relaxations and meditations.

This Stress Busters for Women group will meet once a month for 60 – 75 minutes. The meetings will be Thursday evenings at 5 pm Pacific Time and 8 pm Eastern Time.

There will also be a private Facebook group where you can get ongoing support on a daily basis.

Q: What if I live in another country? Calling in for the classes could be really costly.

A: No problem! You have the option to call our dial in number OR you may listen to the classes online. All you need is an internet connection and you’ll be able to join us.

Q: Will I be able to ask you questions directly, Deb and Tamara?

A: Absolutely! There will be time at the end of the class where we will open up the phone lines and take your questions.
